1. The FLC Award 2011 is organised between 1 June 2010 and 31 May 2011 and is open to all Family Life Champions (FLCs) and their Family Life Committee.
   
2. Only events organised by FLCs and/or their Committee between 1 June 2010 and 31 May 2011 are eligible for entry.

There are two submission deadlines for entries from the different qualifying periods as follows:

Request for extension of deadline for the above-mentioned qualifying periods will not be entertained. Late entries will be disqualified.
   
4. Baby shows organised under Baby Singapore 2011 are not eligible for entry.
   
5. There are seven categories open for entries for FLC Award 2011 - Best Romancing Singles Event, Best Couplehood Event, Best Parenting Event, Best Grandparents Event, Best Men’s Programme Event , Best FLC Partnership Event and Most Outstanding Interest Group Award.
   
6. For “Best FLC Partnership Event”, only one FLC is required to submit the participation form.
   
7. For “Most Outstanding Interest Group Award” nominations, please use the FLC Award Submission Form for “Most Outstanding Interest Group Award”.
   
8. FLCs may submit as many events as they wish to per event category, provided that they meet the stipulated criteria.
   
9. The organisers reserve the right to place submitted events into event categories that the organisers deem as most suitable.
   
10. Submission must be made on official entry forms with fields clearly filled up. Supporting documents, if any, should be clearly labeled and titled to correspond with the information provided in the official entry form and should include the Event Name, Name of FLC and Constituency.
   
11. All events submitted must be accompanied by minimum 2 or maximum 10 high-resolution photographs (at least of 300dpi).  Event photographs should clearly depict information on banners (if any), collaterals and participants.
   
12. Photographs are to be stored in separate folders (with the event title as the folder name) in a CD. Each CD is to be clearly marked with Name of Event(s), Name of FLC and Constituency.

14. Submitted materials will not be returned.
   
15. All judges' decisions are final.
 
16. The organisers reserve the right to publicise name of the winners and use the submitted materials for publicity or promotional purposes without giving prior information to the submitter(s)..

  1. FLCs confirm and declare that they own the legal authority to submit the
materials, including photographs, for the Award and to use all the information, images and relevant content in the entry.

  1. By entering the Family Life Champion Award 2011, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions and decisions of the organisers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Award.
